About

The engine behind email delivery — not the center of attention.

Philosophy

Infrastructure first.

Mailssender is a dedicated email-sending domain — backend infrastructure, not a public-facing app. It exists to do one job well: send authenticated outbound email on behalf of other websites and applications, and get it reliably to the inbox.

That job is deliberately invisible. When Mailssender works, no one thinks about it — the password reset arrives, the receipt lands, the notification shows up, and the credit goes to the product that sent it. Being the dependable layer underneath, rather than the brand on the screen, is the point.

The operation is run by a small, highly automated technical team. Dedicated sending domains, strong authentication, careful reputation management, and scalable cloud architecture do the heavy lifting — so the system stays fast and consistent whether it is sending ten messages or ten million.

What we hold to

Seven operating values.

01ReliabilityThe messages that matter most arrive, every time — that is the entire promise.
02SecurityAuthenticated sending and encrypted transport are the baseline, not an upgrade.
03PrivacyAddress data is used to deliver mail and nothing else — never sold, never shared.
04PerformanceLow-latency relay and queueing that hold up under real sending volume.
05DeliverabilityInbox placement is treated as ongoing engineering work, not a fixed setting.
06TransparencyPlain answers about what the domain does and does not do — the FAQ is the proof.
07ScalabilityCloud architecture that grows with the applications relying on it, without re-plumbing.

Global reach

Everywhere your users are.

Mailssender serves web applications globally rather than any single local market. Delivery reaches recipients wherever they are — coverage measured as a network, not a map on a wall.
